OGGETTO: informativa Consenso ai sensi art. 13 D.Lgs. 196/03 La informiamo che presso la nostra associazione è effettuato il trattamento dei suoi dati personali nel pieno rispetto del D.Lgs 196/03. CENTRO TEATRALE DI RICERCA e FORMAZIONE” secondo la legge, per la frequentazione delle attività del C.T.R.F., è obbligatoria la presentazione del certificato medico. Acconsento al trattamento dei dati personali. Acconsento alle comunicazioni delle attività associative tramite invio postale all’indirizzo indicato nella domanda di ammissione.
